ARE SERVICES OFFERED IN PERSON OR ONLINE?

At this time sessions are offered virtually to reach those who otherwise would be unable to utilize our services due to location, unconventional work hours, being homebound, etc.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

Currently, my services are in-network with United Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia, Aetna, Oscar Health, Oxford, Cigna, and Optum VA which means we can bill them directly for services. For all other insurances, please check your out-of-network benefits. Because health insurance plans and benefits vary, it is recommended that you give your health insurance customer service number a call and inquire about your out-of-network mental health benefits to understand what percentage you may be reimbursed if you work with us.

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

My current private pay fee ranges from $150-$185. Therapy services can be paid for using a Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flex Spending Accounts (FSA). All major credits cards and debit cards are also accepted.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

I understand that sometimes client’s schedules can change. To avoid a no-show fee of $100, you will need to provide at least 24 hours' notice (via client portal, email, or voicemail) if you are unable to make your appointment.
