An intake is completed before start of therapy sessions. This process can take up to 75 minutes long and involves completing initial paperwork, gathering basic information about you, your background, and a historical overview of the presenting issue while you learn more about the services available to you.


Individual therapy also referred to as psychotherapy or talk therapy, offers you an opportunity to engage in a safe, caring, non-judgmental, and confidential environment. These sessions are 45-60 minutes long and provides a chance for you to express your feelings, fears, beliefs, behaviors freely in a non-judgmental relationship and discuss challenges you are currently experiencing, which may be holding you back from progress in your daily life.
